Inside, it features the premium automatic 9075 caliber 'made in Japan,' signed by MIYOTA®, with a True GMT function, allowing independent viewing and adjustment of two different time zones, one in a 24-hour format, with quick and direct adjustments, jumping hour by hour.

The FROG300 utilizes an advanced unidirectional diving bezel, internally protected and operated by an advanced Dive Time crown that allows adjustments on land or underwater. This is particularly useful, for example, for readjusting dive time at a decompression stop after finishing a dive, highlighting the quality of this tool watch, as no other mechanical watch in the world offers this advantage. This quality is also evident in the dial, where a deep matte black predominates to provide maximum readability in any situation, prominently contrasting with the hour and dive time indices.
