Our products are manufactured with extreme professionalism and maximum attention to detail, and they come with a 24-month (2-year) international warranty starting from the date you receive the watch. By registering your watch here, we offer an additional 48-month warranty, bringing the total warranty to 72 months, precisely 6 years.
By registering your FROG300, you also gain access to an easy maintenance service: having a personal account with your contact information and purchase history allows us to assist you more quickly and efficiently, and easily manage tasks such as watch maintenance.

About ID+SYS™: By registering here, you validate access to the Emergency Data System, which includes any OX OCEANIX® Watches timepiece but, please note that for security reasons, the ID+SYS™ data must be entered into a separate special database, which can be accessed through ID+SYS™ Sign-Up or MY ID+SYS™ Access.
OX OCEANIX® WATCHES LLC WARRANTY TERMS
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY GENERAL TERMS FOR OX OCEANIX® WATCHES. SOMETHING YOU PROBABLY WON'T HAVE NEVER TO USE..
Each OX-OCEANIX® watch is designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards and undergoes rigorous final quality control and testing before being shipped. However, if something goes wrong, OX-OCEANIX® Watches offers a two-year warranty from the date of delivery (or 6 years when registering the purchase in the form above).

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and can be claimed with the proof of purchase at the same point of sale or showroom where you purchased your watch (if applicable), or by registering your watch or using your OX-OCEANIX® ID number obtained to initialize the ID+SYS emergency data disc equipped in our watches.

During the warranty period, you are entitled to have any defects repaired free of charge. If the repair cannot restore your OX-OCEANIX® watch to normal working condition, OX-OCEANIX® Watches LLC guarantees its replacement with an OX-OCEANIX® watch of equal or similar characteristics.

This warranty complements any national or regional legal obligations of dealers or distributors and does not affect your legal rights as a customer of OX-OCEANIX®.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Normal wear and aging (such as scratches, color alteration on coated materials, leather, rubber).

Wear of consumable parts, such as sealing gaskets, o-rings or lubricating silicones in the automatic mechanism or parts subject to caliber maintenance.

Damage to any part of the watch resulting from abnormal or abusive use, accidents (impacts, dents, broken crystal, etc.), and/or improper use of the watch due to disregarding the instructions in the manual.

External damage to parts due to improper maintenance (use and contact with chemicals and solvents).

Repairs or alterations to the watch by a person and/or watchmaker other than OX-OCEANIX® or, if applicable, its officially designated and authorized repair centers.
ACCESS TO YOUR WARRANTY
If your FROG300 watch or any other model of OX-OCEANIX® requires service, please contact OX-OCEANIX® directly by clicking here to access the maintenance and service form, or visit the point of sale/showroom where it was purchased (if applicable).

By contacting us through the form, you will receive an email confirmation containing an ARM (Return Material Authorization), which will provide instructions on packaging in case you need to return the product. The watch must be carefully stored with its original packaging. Do not return your watch to OX-OCEANIX® without written approval from OX-OCEANIX®. If you are returning a product, you must use a reputable courier. OX-OCEANIX® cannot accept responsibility for the unit while it is in transit to our facilities. It is your responsibility to ensure that your watch is insured during transit or shipment for repair and/or warranty. You must bear all shipping expenses, or if possible, return the product to the OX-OCEANIX® point of sale/showroom (depending on the country).

If the required repairs are covered by this warranty, OX-OCEANIX® will cover the expenses for returning the repaired watch to your address. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, it will be your responsibility to cover the shipping expenses required for us to return your watch. Alternatively, we can proceed with the repair upon your acceptance and payment of the estimate, work order, and repair costs. We will then send it back to you, including the repair and return expenses. In the case of warranty repairs, we would like to remind you that OX-OCEANIX® covers the expenses for returning the watch to the owner.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE
If your FROG300 watch or any other model of OX-OCEANIX® requires maintenance service, not covered by the warranty but essential and highly necessary to ensure the proper long-term functioning of your OX-OCEANIX® watch unit, please contact us using the technical service form to schedule it.
Please note that the maintenance interval will vary depending on the usage of the watch. In general, for daily use of the watch for professional purposes (diving, divers, marine activities, saltwater), maintenance should be performed approximately every two years to ensure its proper functioning. For daily or casual use of the watch in non-aquatic environments (or freshwater), joint and movement maintenance can be done every 4 or 5 years, approximately.
